100% of BDRs Hit Quota

In Tom's first month as the Fractional BDR Leader, all reps hit their monthly quota. This hadn't happened in at least a year.

Increased Self-Gen Pipeline

Self-generated pipeline increased for all reps due to better use of time, improved discovery questions, and persistence.

Customized Program

TA Sales created a plan based on Vidyard's needs and executed the Prospecting Boot Camp and Fractional Leadership without additional handholding.
